Cancellation Policy

At Destinations Holidays, we value your trust and understand that sometimes travel plans may need to be changed or cancelled. To ensure transparency, fairness, and a smooth process, please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

  1. General Guidelines
  • All cancellations must be requested in writing via email or through our customer support team.
  • The cancellation date will be considered the date we receive your written request.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • Our service fees and any non-refundable charges by airlines, hotels, or third-party vendors will not be refunded.
  1. Tour Package Cancellations
  • 30 days or more before departure → Full refund after deducting service charges & non-refundable deposits.
  • 15–29 days before departure → 50% of the package cost refundable.
  • 7–14 days before departure → 25% of the package cost refundable.
  • Less than 7 days before departure → No refund applicable.
  1. Flight Cancellations
  • Airline cancellation policies apply in full.
  • Any airline cancellation fee will be deducted.
  • Destinations Holidays’ service fee is non-refundable.
  1. Hotel Cancellations
  • Refunds depend on the hotel’s individual cancellation policy.
  • In addition, Destinations Holidays’ service fee will be deducted.
  1. No-Show Policy
  • If a traveler fails to show up on the scheduled departure date/time, no refund will be provided.
  1. Cancellation by Destinations Holidays

In rare cases where we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., natural disasters, operational issues, insufficient bookings, or government restrictions), you will receive either:

  • A full refund, OR
  • The option to reschedule or apply the payment to a future booking.
  1. Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days after confirmation of cancellation.
  • For international transactions, additional bank/forex processing time may apply.
  1. Non-Refundable Components

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Visa processing fees.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Government taxes/levies.
  • Special promotions, early-bird offers, and last-minute deals.
  1. Force Majeure

If cancellations arise due to situations beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, airline failure, pandemics), refunds will be governed by the policies of service providers. Destinations Holidays’ service charges will remain non-refundable.
