- General Terms
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through Destinations Holidays, whether online, offline, or via our travel agents.
- By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
- Destinations Holidays reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Booking & Payments
- A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment has been received.
- Balance payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking and must be honored to avoid cancellation.
- All payments must be made in the agreed currency. Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client.
- Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices quoted are based on prevailing exchange rates, airline charges, fuel costs, and taxes at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in these factors.
- Package inclusions will be clearly stated in the itinerary/booking confirmation. Any service not listed is considered an extra cost.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations by the client will be subject to our Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds (if applicable) will follow our Refund & Return Policy.
- Certain bookings, such as promotional offers or discounted deals, may be strictly non-refundable.
- Travel Documents & Responsibility
- Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any other required documentation.
- Destinations Holidays will provide guidance but cannot be held liable for visa rejections or entry denials by immigration authorities.
- Health & Safety
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
- Certain destinations may require vaccinations or health certificates; clients must comply with all such requirements.
- Destinations Holidays shall not be liable for any medical expenses, accidents, or health-related issues during travel.
- Liability Disclaimer
- Destinations Holidays acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, tour operators).
- We are not responsible for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling.
- Hotel overbookings, quality issues, or changes in amenities.
- Natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the service in question.
- Itinerary Changes
- Destinations Holidays reserves the right to make adjustments to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, airline schedule changes, or operational issues.
- Any modifications will be made in the best interest of the traveler.
- Insurance
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for all clients.
- Insurance coverage is not included in our packages unless explicitly stated.
- Clients are responsible for arranging adequate insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and baggage loss.
- Code of Conduct
- Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.
- Any misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior that endangers others may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
